KAHHS 1030 Dimensions of Well-Being: Golf Lab

This course includes video instruction for proper golf grip, stance, backswing, downswing, follow-through, short game, putting, problems shots, proper club for fairway distance, rough, greens, sand traps, etc. It also teaches golf terminology, rules, and etiquette, and requires 45 holes of golf over three to four months. Students must submit signed (by golf professional) scorecards from a minimum of five games to receive credit. A round analysis chart (included in packet) will also be required. Students must have access to a computer, table or phone for recording of each individual's golf swing for self-analysis (Pre-analysis and Post-analysis) and sending those segments to the instructor for additional feedback.
