PHYSICS 4186/5186 Studies in Physics and Everyday Thinking

An introduction to the Physical Science & Everyday Thinking curriculum (Goldberg et al., 2009) and other related physics curricula resources that can be implemented in a high school physics course. This course is cross-listed with SCI ED 1300 and will include additional projects.

Adobe Connect is a desktop video conferencing system allowing for real-time interaction between instructors and students. Access to high-speed Internet connection, a webcam and a headset microphone are required for Adobe Connect and eLearning is a learning management system requiring Internet access and a web browser.

Instructions for accessing course materials will be sent to enrolled students’ email accounts prior to the start of the course.
