Reading and writing instruction in grades PK-3, with an emphasis on integrating reading, writing, speaking, and listening, as well as integration across content areas. Prerequisite(s): Registration requires admission to Teacher Education program. Prerequisite(s) or corequisite(s): LITED 1044 (230:044). Must have a cumulative and UNI GPA of 2.50 or higher to enroll in this course.
