Adobe Connect is a desktop video conferencing system allowing for real-time interaction among instructors and students.
If this is the first time that you are using Adobe Connect on your current machine:
- Make sure you have Flash installed - http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
- Run the Adobe Connect Connection Test - http://univnia.adobeconnect.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm
- Don't use Google Chrome. Mozilla Firefox is recommended, but Internet Explorer, Safari and Opera should work as well.
- Make sure you are using a wired internet connection if at all possible, not a wireless one.
